研究目的：

通过监测接受治疗的食管癌患者在治疗前后血浆多基因甲基化水平变化，同时结合影像学和相关肿瘤标志物检测，分析多基因甲基化水平变化与疗效的相关性，最终明确多基因甲基化用于临床食管癌疗效监测的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to determine whether pretreatment-to-posttreatment changes in circulating multigene methylation levels correlate with objective response rates (ORR) assessed by contrast-enhanced CT/MRI and levels of serum tumor markers. Secondary endpoints include: (a) time-dependent association between methylation fluctuation patterns and progression-free survival (PFS), (b) comparative diagnostic accuracy of methylation indices versus conventional biomarkers, and (c) feasibility of using methylation thresholds to guide adaptive therapy modification.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 初诊年龄在18-75岁； 2) 食管癌，有完整的病例资料，明确的病理诊断信息和分期信息； 3) 无既往其它部位恶性肿瘤史； 4) 影像学检查无肝、肺及其它部位转移灶； 5）入组前未接受手术、化疗或放疗、PD-1/PD-L1免疫治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) The age of initial diagnosis is 18-75 years old; 2) Esophageal cancer, with complete case data, clear pathological diagnosis information and staging information; 3) No history of malignant tumors in other parts of the past; 4) There were no metastases in liver, lung or other parts of the imaging examination; 5) Have not received surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy, PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy before enrollment.

排除标准：

1) 预期寿命小于6月者； 2) 无自主决策能力或精神类疾病患者； 3) 研究者认为不宜参与本研究的其它任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Life expectancy less than 6 months; 2) Patients with no ability to make independent decisions or mental illness; 3) Any other situation that the investigator deems inappropriate to participate in this study.
