研究胰高糖素样肽-1受体激动剂与钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂在2型糖尿病伴动脉粥样硬化性心脏病或高危人群的使用率  

Objectives of Study：

To examine trends of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) or sodium glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitorsin in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients with established or high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2型糖尿病； 2. 动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病高危、极高危； 3.年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. type 2 diabetes 2. established or high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease 3. age ≥18

排除标准：

1.妊娠期糖尿病，1型糖尿病，其他特殊类型糖尿病； 2.糖尿病急性并发症：糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗性高血糖状态； 3.合并严重肝、肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤； 4.预期寿命小于5年； 5.妊娠、哺乳及精神病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gestational diabetes, type 1 diabetes, other specific types of diabetes 2. diabetes acute complications: diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia 3. severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and malignant tumor 4. life expectancy is less than 5 years 5. Pregnancy, lactation and mental illness
