研究目的：

本实验的目的是通过CBCT测定牙周炎患牙的牙根颈1/3之间的最小距离，比较牙根邻近牙周炎患牙与非牙根邻近牙周炎患牙的临床指标，并分别记录治疗前（基线）及治疗后1、3、6个月复诊时的各项临床指标，比较牙根邻近患牙与非牙根邻近患牙预后的差异，从而更为全面的揭示牙根邻近与牙周炎症及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to assess the minimum distance between the root cervical third of teeth with periodontitis using CBCT, comparing clinical indicators of periodontally affected teeth with and without adjacent roots. Clinical data were recorded at baseline, as well as at 1, 3, and 6 months following treatment, including various clinical indicators. The study sought to compare the prognosis of teeth with adjacent roots to those without, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between root proximity, periodontitis, and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁； 2）全口余留牙齿数目≥20颗； 3）3个月内未使用抗生素，消炎药或其他可能影响牙周组织的药物； 4）无高血压、心脏病、糖尿病等系统性疾病； 5）3个月内无牙周治疗史； 6）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.At least 20 remaining teeth in the mouth; 3.No use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, or other medications that may affect periodontal tissues within the past 3 months; 4.No history of systemic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes; 5.No periodontal treatment within the past 3 months; 6.Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1）患者全身状况不佳，精神状态较差以及处于妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2）吸烟或戒烟时间少于5年； 3）存在正畸治疗史； 4）周围有缺失牙或种植体的牙齿； 5）牙根发育异常（如畸形舌侧沟，釉珠）、接受过牙髓治疗或存在修复体的牙齿； 6）残根残冠； 7）拥挤、扭转或重叠的牙齿； 8）伴有明显咬合创伤牙齿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with poor general health, poor mental state, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.Smoking or having quit smoking for less than 5 years; 3.History of orthodontic treatment; 4.Teeth with adjacent missing teeth or implants; 5.Teeth with abnormal root development (such as malformed lingual grooves, enamel pearls), those that have undergone root canal treatment, or those with restorations; 6.Root remnants or crown remnants; 7.Crowded, rotated, or overlapping teeth; 8.Teeth with significant occlusal trauma.
