研究目的：

分析新生儿呼吸衰竭（NRF）患儿的围生期高危因素、主要疾病构成、呼吸治疗手段及疾病负担情况，比较NRF中不同呼吸支持（机械通气方法、表面活性物质等）的治疗效果差异及对预后的影响，了解极/超早产儿NRF的救治状况，比较云南省不同地区NICU内NRF的救治情况，探讨降低NRF患儿病死率、改善临床预后的策略，提出NRF标准化干预措施提供依据，提高云南省NRF救治水平，降低新生儿致残率及死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the perinatal risk factors, disease spectrum, respiratory treatment modalities, and disease burden in neonates with neonatal respiratory failure (NRF). This study aims to compare the differences in therapeutic effects and prognostic outcomes among various respiratory support strategies (e.g., mechanical ventilation methods, surfactant administration) for NRF, evaluate the current management of NRF in extremely/very preterm infants, and compare NRF treatment practices across neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in different regions of Yunnan Province. Furthermore, this research seeks to explore strategies for reducing mortality and improving clinical outcomes in NRF patients, establish an evidence-based framework for standardized NRF interventions, enhance the overall quality of NRF care in Yunnan Province, and ultimately reduce neonatal disability and mortality rates.

纳入标准：

1.新生儿日龄<=28天，且需要接受辅助通气包括或插管或使用过肺表面活性物质； 2.受试者监护人知情同意且愿意参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Neonates are < days old = 28 days and need to receive assisted ventilation, including or intubation or use of surfactant; 2. The subject's guardian has informed consent and is willing to participate.

排除标准：

新生儿入选时日龄＞28天，或者因外科手术或应用镇静药物致呼吸抑制而需要接受辅助通气的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Infants aged more than 28 days at enrollment, or those requiring assisted ventilation due to respiratory depression caused by surgical procedures or administration of sedative medications.
