研究目的：

了解2型糖尿病病人共同决策现状及影响因素，探讨护患共同决策在住院2型糖尿病患者饮食自我管理中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current status and determinants of shared decision-making among patients with type 2 diabetes, and to evaluate the effectiveness of nurse–patient shared decision-making in improving dietary self-management among hospitalized individuals with type 2 diabetes

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2020年版)》中T2DM的诊断标准； 2.有一定的阅读和沟通理解能力； 3.知情同意，自愿参与本项研究； 4.年龄>=18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) according to the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition); 2. Possess basic reading, communication, and comprehension abilities; 3. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; 4. Aged 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1.目前或曾经从事医务工作； 2.患有严重认知障碍和精神疾病者； 3.伴有严重的并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals currently working in, or with a prior history of employment in, the healthcare profession; 2. Patients diagnosed with significant cognitive impairment or severe psychiatric disorders; 3. Individuals with serious comorbidities or complications that may interfere with study participation.

在患者入院第1天，护士使用《渥太华个人决策指引》结合糖尿病相关专科知识及患者决策偏好和需求，对患者提供补充性非指导性的指导，并添加患者微信，当患者有问题时可以线上继续指导。

On the first day of hospital admission, nurses provided patients with supplementary, non-directive guidance based on the Ottawa Personal Decision Guide, integrating diabetes-related specialist knowledge along with patients’ decision-making preferences and individual needs. Additionally, nurses added patients on WeChat to offer continued online support when patients had questions or required further assistance.
