研究目的：

1.积极探索早期诊断SJS/TEN的生物标记（CCL-27、IL-15、半乳糖凝集素-7和RIP3） 2.积极探讨比较真实世界激素+丙球、激素+TNF-α抑制剂不同方案在治疗儿童重症药疹SJS/TEN差异，为儿童重症药疹的优化治疗策略的调整甚至重症药疹治疗指南的制定能提供更详实的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore biomarkers (CCL-27, IL-15, galectin-7 and RIP3) for the early diagnosis of SJS/TEN 2. To explore and compare the differences among different regimens of hormone + gamma globulin and hormone +TNF-α inhibitor in the treatment of severe drug eruptions in children in the real world, so as to provide more detailed clinical evidence for the adjustment of the optimized treatment strategy for severe drug eruptions in children and even the formulation of treatment guidelines for severe drug eruptions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《临床诊疗指南．皮肤病与性病分册》（中华医学会编著，人民卫生出版社，2006年）诊断标准；
2.明确的用药史；
3.有一定的潜伏期；
4.起病突然、进展迅速，皮疹呈泛发、对称性分布的红斑伴有表皮剥脱，尼氏征(+)，伴有黏膜损害；
5.伴/不伴发热等全身症状；
6.年龄：0-18岁签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines. Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Volume" (compiled by the Chinese Medical Association, People's Medical Publishing House, 2006);
2.Clear medication history;
3.Certain incubation period;
4.The onset is sudden and the progression is rapid.
5.The rash presents as generalized and symmetrically distributed erythema accompanied by epidermal exfoliation, with Nich's sign (+), and mucosal damage.
6.With or without systemic symptoms such as fever;
7.Age: 0-18 years old. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.诊断为其他重症药疹的患儿或者葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children diagnosed with other severe drug eruptions or Staphylococcal scald skin syndrome.
