研究目的：

(1)分析肝硬化患者中免疫-炎症指标与肌少症指标的相关性。 (2）研究不同肝硬化分级和病因（如病毒性、酒精性、非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关性）患者间免疫、炎症指标与肌少症指标的相关性。 （3）研究免疫-炎症指标对肝硬化患者肌少症发生的预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Analyze the correlation between immune-inflammatory and sarcopenia indicators in patients with liver cirrhosis. 2.Study the correlation between immune and inflammatory indicators and sarcopenia indicators among patients with different liver cirrhosis grades and causes (such as viral, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease correlation). 3.Study the predictive effect of immune-inflammatory indicators on the occurrence of sarcopenia in patients with liver cirrhosis.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为肝硬化；
2.年龄≥45岁；
3.能配合完成相关指标检测；
4.自愿签署相关研究知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with liver cirrhosis; 2.Age >= 45 years old; 3.Able to cooperate in completing relevant indicator testing; 4.Voluntarily sign the relevant research informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他影响肌肉或免疫状态的疾病（如恶性肿瘤、肾功能衰竭、近期手术）；
2.接受影响代谢或免疫的药物治疗（如长期糖皮质激素治疗）；
3.存在严重并发症、生命体征不平稳者；
4.心脏起搏器及金属植入者；
5.精神疾病或残疾等无法配合者；
6.病例资料不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other diseases that affect muscle or immune status (such as malignant tumors, renal failure, recent surgery); 2.Receiving drug treatment that affects metabolism or immunity (such as long-term glucocorticoid treatment); 3.Those with serious complications and unstable vital signs; 4.People with pacemakers and metal implants; 5.Those who are unable to cooperate due to mental illness or disability; 6.Those with incomplete case information.
