研究目的：

通过基因组学（外显子组测序、全基因组测序）联合转录组学（外周血转录组测序、皮肤成纤维细胞转录组测序、诱导神经元转录组测序）分析不明原因婴儿癫痫性痉挛综合征（IESS）遗传病因学，发现与 IESS 发病相关的致病基因。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the etiology of Infantile Epileptic Spasms Syndrome with unkown cause and find candidate causing gene by genomic ( Whole-exome sequencing or Whole-genome sequencing) with transcriptomic (RNA-seq of Whole peripheral blood, skin fibroblast, or induce neuron) analysis.

纳入标准：

1: 符合2022年国际抗癫痫联盟规定IESS诊断标准 2: 已排除获得性或结构性病因，且已完善遗传学检查（家系全外及CNV/CMA），检测结果为阴性 3: 研究对象同意提供既往遗传学检测原始测序数据。

Inclusion criteria

1: Meets diagnostic criteria of the infantile epileptic spasms sydrome as proposed by the International League Against Epilepsy in 2022 2: Acquired or structural etiologies have been excluded, and comprehensive genetic testing (including family-based whole-exome sequencing and CNV/CMA) has been conducted with negative results 3: The research subjects have agreed to provide the original sequencing data from previous genetic tests

排除标准：

1: 样本信息无法识别或无法溯源 2: 因任何原因导致的受试者和/或其父母任何一方的样本无法进入本研究样本处理环节（原始数据不符合要求、非遗传学上父母等） 3: 受试者和/或其法定监护人任何一方主动要求退出研究

Exclusion criteria：

1: Sample information is unidentifiable or cannot be traced 2: For any reason, the samples from the subject and/or either parent are unable to be processed in this study (e.g., original data do not meet the requirements, non-genetic parentage, etc.) 3: Either the subject and/or their legal guardian voluntarily request to withdraw from the study
