1.主要目的：全国范围内妇科门诊就诊VVC患者菌种组成和分布 2.次要目的： （1）全国范围内妇科门诊就诊VVC患者菌种对常用抗真菌药物药物敏感性及耐药情况分析 （2）全国范围内妇科门诊VVC患者发病危险因素分析 （3）全国范围内妇科门诊VVC患者不同年龄段占比（育龄期和非育龄期）情况分析 （4）全国范围内妇科门诊VVC患者临床诊断和微生物检测确诊的一致性分析 （5）全国范围内妇科门诊各种类型VVC占比情况分析 （6）全国范围内妇科门诊VVC患者的精神神经行为分析  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: The composition and distribution of VVC patients in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide 2. Secondary Purpose: (1) Analysis of the susceptibility and resistance of VVC patients in gynecological outpatient clinics to commonly used antifungal drugs nationwide (2) Analysis of risk factors for VVC in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide (3) Analysis of the proportion of VVC patients of different age groups (childbearing age and non-childbearing age) in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide (4) Consistency analysis of clinical diagnosis and microbial detection of VVC patients in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide (5) Analysis of the proportion of various types of VVC in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide (6) Psychoneurobehavioral analysis of VVC patients in gynecological outpatient clinics nationwide

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妇科门诊患者 2.年龄>=18周岁 3.自愿签署知情同意书 4.微生物检测诊断为VVC（所有类型VVC均可入组） 5.有性生活史

Inclusion criteria

1. Gynecological outpatients 2. Age> = 18 years old 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form 4. Diagnosis of VVC by microbial testing (all types of VVC can be enrolled) 5. Have a sexual history

排除标准：

1.7天内使用过抗真菌药物治疗（口服及阴道上药） 2.存在阴道取样的禁忌症 3.临床医生判断的不适合入组的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.Antifungal therapy (oral and vaginal) within 7 days 2. Presence of contraindications to vaginal sampling 3. Other conditions judged by the clinician to be unsuitable for enrollment
