Objectives of Study: |
Through the changes of the function-related data of the paralyzed lower limbs of patients with spinal cord injury before and after the training of brain-computer interface exoskeleton robots, whether the brain-computer interface exoskeleton robot training has a positive effect on the function of paralyzed lower limbs of patients with spinal cord injury was investigated |

|
纳入标准: |
①经MRI或 CT 检查及康复评定符合不完全性脊髓损伤诊断标准; ②外伤导致脊髓损伤3个月及以上的病人; ③下肢有部分运动功能保留; ④年龄18-75岁; ⑤无失语症、失认症、失用症或其他会阻碍参与研究的功能障碍; ⑥无高血压,心脏病等慢性病史; ⑦自愿签署知情同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) Met the diagnostic criteria for incomplete spinal cord injury by MRI or CT examination and rehabilitation assessment; (2) Patients with spinal cord injury caused by trauma for 3 months or more; (3) Partial motor function of the lower limbs is preserved; (4) Agde 18-75 years old; (5) No aphasia, agnosia, apraxia or other functional impairments that would prevent participation in the study; (6) No history of chronic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease; (7) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. |

排除标准: |
①意识不清,简易智力状态检查法(MMSE)量表评分<21分,合并感觉性失语或精神障碍等疾患,不能配合治疗和评估者; ②使用任何类型的植入电子设备的患者,包括心脏起搏器或类似的辅助设备、电子输液泵和植入的刺激器; ③刺激区皮肤溃疡; ④伴有心、肺等重要器官功能异常; ⑤之前曾联合使用脑机接口外骨骼机器人训练+常规治疗; ⑥有外周动、静脉疾病患者:如外周动脉粥样硬化、静脉血栓等。 |
