研究目的:

通过脊髓损伤患者瘫痪下肢在进行脑机接口外骨骼机器人训练前后下肢功能相关数据的变化,探讨脑机接口外骨骼机器人训练对脊髓损伤患者瘫痪下肢功能是否有积极影响  

Objectives of Study:

Through the changes of the function-related data of the paralyzed lower limbs of patients with spinal cord injury before and after the training of brain-computer interface exoskeleton robots, whether the brain-computer interface exoskeleton robot training has a positive effect on the function of paralyzed lower limbs of patients with spinal cord injury was investigated

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①经MRI或 CT 检查及康复评定符合不完全性脊髓损伤诊断标准; ②外伤导致脊髓损伤3个月及以上的病人; ③下肢有部分运动功能保留; ④年龄18-75岁; ⑤无失语症、失认症、失用症或其他会阻碍参与研究的功能障碍; ⑥无高血压,心脏病等慢性病史; ⑦自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Met the diagnostic criteria for incomplete spinal cord injury by MRI or CT examination and rehabilitation assessment; (2) Patients with spinal cord injury caused by trauma for 3 months or more; (3) Partial motor function of the lower limbs is preserved; (4) Agde 18-75 years old; (5) No aphasia, agnosia, apraxia or other functional impairments that would prevent participation in the study; (6) No history of chronic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease; (7) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

①意识不清,简易智力状态检查法(MMSE)量表评分<21分,合并感觉性失语或精神障碍等疾患,不能配合治疗和评估者; ②使用任何类型的植入电子设备的患者,包括心脏起搏器或类似的辅助设备、电子输液泵和植入的刺激器; ③刺激区皮肤溃疡; ④伴有心、肺等重要器官功能异常; ⑤之前曾联合使用脑机接口外骨骼机器人训练+常规治疗; ⑥有外周动、静脉疾病患者:如外周动脉粥样硬化、静脉血栓等。
