研究目的：

探讨慢阻肺合并糖尿病对患者临床指标的影响。通过了解慢阻肺合并糖尿病对患者临床指标的影响，指导今后临床工作，改善临床预后，减轻患者负担。  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the impact of diabetes on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We need to pay more attention to this disease, actively control blood sugar and COPD, reduce the risk of aggravation, improve patients' quality of life, and reduce hospitalization frequency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.出院诊断为慢阻肺急性加重患者，所有入选的患者均在本院留有临床资料；
2.慢阻肺的诊断依照2024年GOLD指南再次核对；
3 .糖尿病的诊断参照美国ADA防治(2024 年版) 再次核对；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who were discharged with a diagnosis of acute exacerbation of COPD (all of the included patient had complete clinical records at the hospital);
2.Patients whose COPD diagnosis was reconfirmed based on the 2024 GOLD Report;
3.Patients whose diabetes diagnosis was reconfirmed based on the 2024 American Diabetes Association guidelines;

排除标准：

1.精神疾病不能配合获取临床资料者；
2.合并肺部恶性肿瘤、肺间质性疾病、肺栓塞及肺血管炎、气胸、哮喘等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who were unable to cooperate due to psychiatric disorders and those with other comorbid conditions, such as pulmonary malignancies, interstitial lung diseases, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary vasculitis, pneumothorax, or asthma.
