研究目的：

1、骨皮质切开同期软硬组织增量术可以同时实现软组织和硬组织增量：改善牙龈退缩和角化龈宽度不足，骨开裂和骨开窗的问题；加速正畸牙移动，缩短正畸时间；减少患者经济、时间成本；提高患者满意度。 2、申报该新技术有助于该技术早日转化为常规技术，将会惠及更多的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Corticotomy and Simultaneous Soft and Hard Tissue Augmentation Surgery can achieve both soft and hard tissue augmentation at the same time: improving gingival recession and insufficient keratinized gingiva width, as well as addressing issues such as bone dehiscence and bone fenestration; accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, shortening orthodontic treatment time; reducing the economic and time costs for patients; and enhancing patient satisfaction. 2.Applying for this new technology will facilitate its early translation into a routine technique, benefiting a larger number of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 年龄18以上。 2 下颌左侧尖牙-右侧尖牙区需行PAOO，同时存在个别牙位牙龈退缩。 3 全口菌斑指数及出血指数小于20%。 4 无系统性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age above 18. 2 PAOO is required in the left canine to right canine area of the mandible, with gingival recession present at individual tooth . 3 Plaque index and bleeding index of the entire mouth are less than 20%. 4 No systemic diseases.

排除标准：

1 存在牙周手术的禁忌证，如血液疾病、免疫系统疾病等全身疾病者。 2 牙周炎活动期。 3 服用激素或影响骨代谢药物的患者。 4 牙龈退缩牙位存在唇侧楔状缺损等其他牙体缺损的患者。 5 前庭沟浅、系带附着高的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1P resence of contraindications for periodontal surgery, such as blood disorders, immune system diseases, or other systemic diseases. 2A ctive period of periodontitis. 3 Patients taking corticosteroids or medications that affect bone metabolism. 4 Patients with gingival recession accompanied by labial wedge defects or other dental defects at the affected tooth.5 5 Patients with shallow vestibular sulcus and high frenulum attachment.
