研究目的：

本研究旨在评估益生菌对小儿特应性皮炎（湿疹）临床症状改善的效果。通过对比益生菌治疗组和对照组的临床症状变化，探索益生菌是否能作为有效的辅助治疗手段，减轻小儿特应性皮炎的症状，改善患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of probiotics in improving clinical symptoms of pediatric atopic dermatitis (eczema). By comparing the changes of clinical symptoms between the probiotic treatment group and the control group, to explore whether probiotics can be used as an effective adjuvant treatment to reduce the symptoms of pediatric atopic dermatitis and improve the quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合特应性皮炎小儿标准诊断的6月-5岁龄小儿患者，体重、身高正常。 2.患者一般情况良好，未合并有其他严重的心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍及代谢性疾病。 3.在完成治疗后入组前3个月内未使用任何抗生素或其他药物及益生菌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 6 months to 5 years who meet the pediatric standard diagnosis of atopic dermatitis have normal weight and height. 2. The patients are generally in good condition and have no other serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases. 3.No antibiotics or other drugs or probiotics were used in the first 3 months after the completion of treatment.

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准的患者。 2.有严重的活动性病毒或细菌感染，且未能通过治疗控制。 3.患有其他任何严重和慢性疾病，研究者认为可能影响患者的治疗、随访或评估。包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病及传染病等。 4.经临床医生诊断、评估后不适合进行益生菌辅助治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria. 2.Have a severe active viral or bacterial infection that is not controlled by treatment. .3Have any other serious or chronic medical conditions that the investigator believes may affect the patient's treatment, follow-up, or evaluation. It includes any uncontrolled and clinically significant neurological, psychiatric, immune-regulatory, metabolic and infectious diseases. 4. Patients who are not suitable for probiotic-assisted therapy after diagnosis and evaluation by clinicians.
