研究目的：

1.通过检测样本（龈沟液与血清）中CGRP，IL-6,TNF-α等指标的表达情况，分析TRPV1-CGRP轴在牙周及种植体周相关炎症中的可能作用。 2.通过收集病例资料，分析牙周及种植体周相关炎症的风险因素  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the possible role of TRPV1-CGRP axis in periodontal and implant related inflammation by detecting the expression of CGRP, IL-6, TNF - α and other indicators in samples (gingival crevicular fluid and serum). 2. Analyze the risk factors of periodontal and implant related inflammation by collecting case data.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

牙周组： 1、汉族，年龄18~70岁； 2、3个月内口腔卫生习惯和饮食习惯无改变； 3、6个月内无牙周治疗史； 4、口腔内余留天然牙数≥14颗。 种植体组： 1.年满18岁; 2.至少有12个月的种植体功能负荷。

Inclusion criteria

Periodontal group: 1. Han ethnicity, aged 18-70 years old; 2. No changes in oral hygiene habits and dietary habits within 3 months; 3. No history of periodontal treatment within 6 months; 4. There are at least 14 natural teeth remaining in the oral cavity. Implant group: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. At least 12 months of implant functional load.

排除标准：

牙周组： 1、除牙周炎外，身体其他部位存在活动性炎症； 2、3月内曾连续大剂量使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药、激素、免疫相关药物的患者； 3、妊娠期、哺乳期或计划怀孕者； 4、吸烟史； 5、正畸治疗史； 6、患有糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、高血脂、骨质疏松、自身免疫系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、放化疗史等系统性疾病； 7、由于全身健康状况或其他因素不能接受口腔检查者。 种植体组： 1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女; 2.3个月内有种植体周治疗史; 3.在过去3个月内使用过抗生素或双膦酸盐; 4.未控制的全身性疾病(肾病、心血管疾病、糖尿病等); 5.精神健康障碍

Exclusion criteria：

Periodontal group: 1. In addition to periodontitis, there is active inflammation in other parts of the body; Patients who have taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, and immune-related drugs in large doses in 2 and 3 months; 3. Those who are pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant; 4. Smoking history; 5. History of orthodontic treatment; 6. Systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7. Those who cannot undergo oral examination due to general health conditions or other factors. Implant group: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Peri-implant treatment within 3 months 3. Use of antibiotics or bisphosphonates within the past 3 months; 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (renal disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc.); 5. Mental health disorders
