1. Impact of tumor-induced upper urinary tract obstruction on renal function 2. Advantages and disadvantages of different surgical categories (nephrostomy/D-J-tube drainage) for upper urinary tract obstruction due to tumor

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为≥18周岁且≤80周岁，肿瘤导致上尿路梗阻且接受过肾造瘘或D-J管引流手术的患者； 2. 进行过相关检查（血肌酐，腹部CT）者； 3. 围手术期及术后随访资料完整者

Inclusion criteria

1. patients aged >= 18 years and <= 80 years with tumors causing upper urinary tract obstruction and who have undergone nephrostomy or D-J tube drainage; 2. those who have undergone relevant investigations (blood creatinine, abdominal CT); 3. patients with complete perioperative and postoperative follow-up data.
