研究目的：

（1）基于ITHBC理论初步构建一套科学、有效可行的IBD缓解期患者自我管理干预方案，通过德尔菲函询、小组讨论等进一步修订和完善该方案。 （2）通过随机对照试验初步探索构建的自我管理方案对IBD缓解期患者的疾病认知、健康信念、社会支持水平的影响，并观察其自我管理水平及并发症发生次数等结局的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A set of scientific, effective and feasible self-management intervention plan for IBD patients in remission was initially established based on ITHBC theory, and the plan was further revised and improved through Delphi letter consultation and group discussion. (2) A randomized controlled trial was conducted to initially explore the effects of the self-management program on disease cognition, health belief and social support level of patients in remission of IBD, and to observe the intervention effects of outcomes such as self-management level and the number of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～65岁（包含18和65岁） （2）符合《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见（2018年·北京）》的诊断标准，确诊为溃疡性结肠炎或克罗恩病； （3）处于疾病缓解期：克罗恩病患者CDAI评分≤150分；溃疡性结肠炎患者改良Mayo[9]评分≤2分，且无单个分项评分>1分； （4）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究； （5）具有一定的沟通和理解能力，能够独立完成问卷； （6）熟练使用智能手机，能够接受微信等新媒体方式的干预； （7）治疗上采用生物制剂进行临床维持治疗，能够定期到院复诊治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018 · Beijing), the patient was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease; 3. In remission: Crohn's patients with CDAI score <=4; Patients with ulcerative colitis had improved Mayo[9] score <=2, and no single sub-score >1; 4. Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily; 5. Have certain communication and understanding skills, can complete the questionnaire independently; 6.Skilled use of smart phones, able to accept the intervention of new media such as wechat; 7.The use of biological agents for clinical maintenance treatment, can be regularly returned to the hospital for treatment.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重的心、肝、肺等重要器官功能不全者； （2）有精神疾病或认知功能障碍，无法配合研究者完成评估者； （3）合并恶性肿瘤者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with serious heart, liver, lung and other vital organ dysfunction; 2. Those with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with the researcher in completing the assessment; 3. Patients with malignant tumor.

本研究采用区组随机分组法。由一名未参与患者招募、评估或数据分析的独立研究人员，在研究开始前通过利用计算机软件SPSS27.0根据区组内受试者的编号生成在0~78之间的随机数，区组长度为6，试验组由A表示，对照组由B表示，每个分组结果对应唯一的编号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopts block random grouping method. An independent researcher who was not involved in patient recruitment, evaluation or data analysis was used to generate random numbers ranging from 0 to 78 according to the number of subjects in the block group by using the computer software SPSS27.0 before the start of the study. The block group size was 6. The experimental group was represented by A, and the control group was represented by B.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集，采用excel2017建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入；采用SPSS27.0软件进行数据处理。
