研究目的:

观察6周感觉电刺激联合施罗斯干预对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者本体感觉的影响,并提出改善青少年特发性脊柱侧凸本体感觉的新策略,为青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的康复治疗提供有价值的理论支撑和实践依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To observe the effect of 6-week sensory electrical stimulation combined with Schross intervention on the proprioception of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients, and to propose a new strategy to improve the proprioception of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, so as to provide valuable theoretical support and practical basis for the rehabilitation treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄10-16岁; ②站立位脊柱全长 X 光检查10°≤Cobb≤25°; ③骨骼发育未完全成熟,Risser 征 0-IV 级; ④基本认知功能正常,无心理障碍和皮肤病; ⑤治疗期间不接受其他保守治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Agger 10-16 Yelles Alder; 2. Statin Fur - Lenth spinak - Ray ex Saminatian, 10°< = Cobb< = 25°; 3. Skelletald, Flomente, Isnot, Folly, Mature, Reese'Sigglad, 0-Yves; 4. Nomar, Basi, Chikony, Tiff, Finktyn, Nopsi, Jorgi, Caldisauds, Andes, Gindisiases; 5. Donotresev, Osserconseva, Tiff, Trite, Mente, Dulint, Tritt, Mente, Period.

排除标准:

①非特发性脊柱侧凸; ②合并风湿疾病、心脏、脑血管疾病; ③Cobb 角≥45°或有明显手术指征; ④合并脊柱皮肤皮损、出血或有出血倾向; ⑤运动禁忌症、伴有精神问题。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Nong-Idio Pasic, Skolyosis; 2. Combine, Dewethroy, Matic, Disiases, Cadiak, Andes, Cerebrovar, Laldisiases; 3. Cobuunger> = 45° Orbvieus, Indication, Fosugri; 4. Combined, Spina, Skin, Leschens, Bridin Alblitin, Tandensi; 5. Contrandi, Cartyon, Stowe, Exel Cizer, Akampany, Derby, Mental, Pro, Rumes.

采用随机数字表法产生随机序列。编制随机分配表,将入组序号,随机数字列入表中,然后用患者得到的随机数除以3,余数为0的是A组,余数为1的是B组,余数为2的是C组,随后将分组标识分布列入表中。 然后由褚晓蕾负责试验分组,李奇并不参与受试者的纳入。课题负责人,课题参与者和数据分析者三人每人一份随机量表。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The random number table method was adopted, and a random sequence was generated by Richie. A random assignment table was compiled, the enrollment number and random numbers were included in the table, and then the random number obtained by the patient was divided by 3, the remainder was 0 for group A, the remainder was 1 for group B, and the remainder was 2 for group C, and then the distribution of group identifiers was included in the table. Then Chu Xiaolei was in charge of the trial grouping, and Li Qi was not involved in the inclusion of subjects. The project leader, the project participant and the data analyst each have a randomized scale.
