研究目的：

本研究旨在基于生态系统理论模型，探究中青年脑卒中患者家庭抗逆力变化轨迹及其影响因素，为提供更加科学的支持服务和干预措施提供理论依据。采用纵向研究设计，招募240名首次发生脑卒中的中青年患者及其240名家庭照顾成员，通过定期的问卷调查跟踪观察患者及其家庭的抗逆力变化情况。预期成果为描述中青年脑卒中患者家庭抗逆力的变化轨迹，确定主要影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the ecosystem theory model, this study aims to explore the trajectory of family resilience and its influencing factors in young and middle-aged stroke patients, so as to provide a theoretical basis for more scientific support services and interventions. A longitudinal study design was used to recruit 240 young and middle-aged stroke patients and their 240 family members. The changes of resilience in patients and their families were followed up by regular questionnaires. The expected outcome was to describe the trajectory of changes in family resilience in young and middle-aged stroke patients and identify the main influencing factors.

纳入标准：

①患者年龄范围：18-45岁。 ②符合脑卒中的临床标准，包括脑血管破裂或阻塞导致的急性脑组织缺血或出血，并经过相关的医学诊断和检查确认。 ③患者及其家庭成员愿意参与研究并提供相关数据。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: 18-45 years. 2. meet the clinical criteria for stroke, including cerebral vascular rupture or occlusion caused by acute cerebral ischemia or hemorrhage, and confirmed by the relevant medical diagnosis and examination. 3. patients and their family members willing to participate in the study and provide relevant data.

排除标准：

①年龄不符合中青年范围。 ②其他神经系统疾病导致的认知和行为功能障碍。 ③存在严重的心理健康问题或无法配合研究要求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. age does not meet the scope of young and middle-aged. 2.Cognitive and behavioral dysfunction due to other neurological disorder. 3.Patients with severe mental health problems or who were unable to comply with the study requirements.
