研究目的：

1.根据目标人群特征，细化系列作品框架，匹配适宜作品形式，通过多学科团队合作，设计、制作适合结直肠癌患者预防下肢深静脉血栓的科普作品，并初步应用推广。 2.验证该科普作品在提高患者深静脉血栓预防知识水平、行为依从性及降低深静脉血栓发生率中的应用效果。 3.探索医工融合模式在结直肠癌患者预防深静脉血栓健康教育中的可行性与价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.According to the characteristics of the target population, refine the framework of the series of works, match the appropriate form of works, design and produce popular science works suitable for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with colorectal cancer through multidisciplinary teamwork, and initially apply and promote them. 2.To verify the application effect of this popular science work in improving the knowledge level, behavior compliance and reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with deep vein thrombosis. 3.To explore the feasibility and value of the medical-industrial integration model in the health education of preventing deep vein thrombosis in patients with colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 >=18周岁的患者；②确诊为结直肠癌，需行手术治疗 ③知情同意，且自愿参加本研究；④意识清楚，能配合健康宣教者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged >=18 years old ; 2. Diagnosed as colorectal cancer, need surgical treatment 3. Informed consent, and volunteered to participate in this study ; 4. Clear consciousness, can cooperate with health education.

排除标准：

（1）术前已确诊DVT或存在严重凝血功能障碍； （2）合并严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全或其他影响活动的并发症； （3）存在认知障碍或精神疾病无法配合干预； （4）参与其他临床试验可能干扰研究结果。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative diagnosis of DVT or severe coagulation dysfunction ; 2.Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other complications affecting activity ; 3.Cognitive impairment or mental illness can not cooperate with the intervention ; 4.Participation in other clinical trials may interfere with the results of the study.

研究者本人采用随机数字表法将符合纳入和排除标准的患者进行完全随机分组，将114名患者按纳入顺序排序输入Excel表格，使用随机函数Rand生成随机数，完成分组。分为对照组和试验组，每组57人。

The researchers used the random number table method to randomly group the patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The 114 patients were input into the Excel table according to the order of inclusion, and the random number was generated using the random function Rand to complete the grouping. Divided into control group and experimental group, 57 people in each group.

计划应用医院内的病例记录表进行数据采集，采集前对参与研究人员进行统一标准培训，达到规范化记录，并将纸 质表格妥善保存;双人核对后进行数据录入;计划使用Excel对数据进行电子采集和管理。
