研究目的：

(1) 描述和分析妊娠期压力性尿失禁现状及相关风险因素； (2) 基于多种机器学习算法构建妊娠期压力性尿失禁风险预测模型，并通过模型评价指标进行验证，选出具有最佳预测性能的模型算法，为妊娠期压力性尿失禁的早期预防和干预提供评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To describe and analyze the status and risk factors of stress urinary incontinence during pregnancy; (2) The risk prediction model of stress urinary incontinence during pregnancy was constructed based on a variety of machine learning algorithms, and the model algorithm with the best prediction performance was selected through the model evaluation index verification, so as to provide an evaluation tool for the early prevention and intervention of stress urinary incontinence during pregnancy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.产妇，胎儿头位； 2.愿意参加此项研究； 3.既往无泌尿系统感染及肾脏疾病； 4.既往无盆腔手术史； 5.总体认知功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. maternal, fetal head position; 2. willing to participate in the study; 3. No previous urinary system infection and kidney disease; 4. No previous pelvic surgery history; 5. The overall cognitive function was normal.

排除标准：

1.未规律产检者； 2.视觉或听觉障碍者； 3.排除其他可能导致排尿障碍因素的患者； 4.具有明显的生理缺陷和重大疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Irregular prenatal examination; 2. visual or hearing impairment; 3. Excluding patients with other factors that may cause voiding disorders; 4. It has obvious physiological defects and major diseases.

将独立危险因素纳入模型，借助R语言rms、glmnet、e1071、xgboost、randomForest及ggplot2等程序包生成妊娠期SUI风 险预测模型并对模型进行可视化。采用准确度、精确度、召回率、F1值、灵敏度、特异度、ROC曲线 下面积（AUC）等来评价模型的稳定性及临床实用性。
