Objectives of Study：

The safety and efficacy of bronchial blocker (BB) placement in the lateral position

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.侧卧体位下进行胸腔镜手术的患者，手术种类包括局限性肺切除、肺叶切除术、肺大泡切除术、食管手术、胸腺手术等；
2.年龄18～75岁；
3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级；
4.张口度、甲颏间距、头颈活动度均在正常范围；

Inclusion criteria

1.For patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in the lateral position, the types of surgery include localized pneumonectomy, lobectomy, bullaectomy, esophageal surgery, and thymus surgery; 18-75 years old; 2.ASA I~III; 3.The degree of mouth opening, distance between nail and chin and motion of head and neck were all in the normal range;

排除标准：

1.体重指数大于30kg/m2；
2.颈部活动受限；
3.张口度＜3cm；
4.Mallampati分级4级；
5.术前CT检查提示右上肺叶支气管开口过高；
6.上呼吸道感染；
7.严重的慢性阻塞性肺疾病；
8.胸膜和（或）间质性疾病史；
9.胸腔放疗史；
10.肺功能FEV1＜50%预测值；

Exclusion criteria：

1.BMI>30kg/m^2; 2.Limited neck motion; 3.Mouth opening < 3cm; 4.Mallampati is graded 4; 5.Preoperative CT examination indicated excessive opening of the right upper lobe bronchus; 6.upper respiratory infection (URI); 7.Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 8.History of pleural and/or interstitial diseases; 9.History of thoracic radiotherapy; 10.Lung function FEV1 < 50% predicted value;
