研究目的：

精准医疗时代下对于肺癌的分子分型提出了新要求，但肺癌基因检测价格高昂，且并非所有肺癌标本均存在基因突变，部分医疗机构不能开展基因检测业务，为患者带来不便和巨大的经济负担。因此亟需开发一款预诊断工具用以预测肺癌存在基因突变的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

Under the precision medicine, new requirements have been put forward for the molecular typing of lung cancer, but the price of lung cancer genetic testing is expensive, and not all lung cancer specimens have genetic mutations, and some medical institutions cannot carry out genetic testing business, which brings inconvenience and huge economic burden to patients. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a pre-diagnostic tool to predict the likelihood of genetic mutations in lung cancer.

纳入标准：

初次经病理学诊断为肺腺癌于我院住院治疗的患者。所有病人均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who was diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma on the first pathologically and was hospitalized in this hospital. All patients signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤；2.转移性肺癌；3.临床病理学特征资料或病理组学资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Metastatic lung cancer; 3. Clinicopathological feature data or pathomic data were missing.
