Objectives of Study：

This study aimed evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of serum biomarkers for sepsis in critical illness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

不适用，本研究属于观察性研究（诊断准确性实验和队列研究）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Not applicable. This is an observational study (diagnostic test accuracy study and a cohort ctudy) 

纳入标准：

在重症医学科内住院的脓毒症患者。脓毒症的诊断依据为sepsis-3标准。

Inclusion criteria

Sepsis patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit.The diagnosis of sepsis is based on the sepsis-3 criteria.

排除标准：

排除标准为：①小于18周岁的患者；②孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under 18 years of age; 2.Pregnant women.
