研究目的：

本研究旨在联合医学影像及人工智能技术，建立心脑血管疾病的联合影像评价体系，构建心脑血管疾病的风险分层及预后预测的早期预警模型，推动影像学在心脑同治中的运用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish image evaluation systems and bulid models for risk stratification and prognosis prediction of cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases by combining medical imaging and artificial intelligence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具备全套 CT 及 MRI 检查的心脑血管疾病患者； 2.具有完整的临床及影像资料。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with cardio-cerebral-vascular diseases who have undergone MR and CT examinations ; 2.Availability of complete clinical and imaging datas.

排除标准：

1.对碘及钆造影剂过敏者； 2.不具备全套CT及MRI检查的患者； 3.临床及影像资料不齐全的患者； 4.正在参加其他临床试验； 5.合并其他严重疾病的患者（如严重感染、肝肾功能障碍、严重免疫系统神经系统疾病及恶性肿瘤等）； 6. CT及MRI图像质量差的患者； 7.失联、脱访的患者； 8.CT及磁共振检查禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergic to iodine or gadolinium contrast; 2. lack of CT and MRI examinations; 3. incomplete clinical and imaging datas; 4. participating in other clinical trials currently; 5. concurrent other serious diseases (such as severe infections, liver or kidney dysfunction, severe immune or nervous system diseases and malignant neoplasm, etc.); 6. poor-quality CT and MRI imaging; 7. lost to follow-up or dropped out of the study; 8. contraindications to undergo CT and MRI.
