研究目的：

本研究利用CCTA对左冠状动脉、中间支解剖学特点及粥样硬化病变进行研究，发现中间支的检出率（发生率）及中间支解剖学特点（近段管径、全长、与邻近左前降支和左回旋支位置关系、夹角，等），分析其解剖学特点与左冠状动脉斑块分布及狭窄程度相关性，揭示中间支的存在在左冠状动脉冠心病发生中的作用，为冠心病的预防、治疗和预后评估提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses CCTA to study the anatomical features of the left coronary artery, the intermediate branch, and atherosclerotic lesions. It was found that the detection rate (prevalence) and anatomical features of the intermediate branch (near-segment diameter, total length, position relationship with the adjacent left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery, angle, etc.) were analyzed, and the correlation between its anatomical features and the distribution of plaques and degree of stenosis in the left coronary artery was explored. It reveals the role of the intermediate branch in the occurrence of coronary heart disease in the left coronary artery and provides evidence for the prevention, treatment, and prognosis assessment of coronary heart disease.

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；
2.因怀疑冠脉病变行螺旋 CT 冠状动脉成像；
3.成人患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Informed consent was obtained;
2.Coronary CT angiography was required for suspected coronary artery disease;
3.Adult patient;

排除标准：

1.金属植入物（支架、心脏瓣膜、起搏器等）；
2.有冠状动脉搭桥手术史；
3.器质性心脏病；
4.冠状动脉起源异常、冠状动静脉瘘；
5.心肌桥；
6.CTA图像质量差；
7.临床资料不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1.metal implant (stent, heart valve, pacemaker, etc.);
2.after coronary artery bypass grafting;
3.myocardial lesion;
4.anomalous origin of coronary artery, coronary artery-venous fistula;
5.myocardial bridge;
6.CTA image quality was poor;
7.the clinical data were incomplete;
