研究目的：

分析肠道菌群代谢产物DCA与PAH患者疾病严重程度及预后的相关性，并探索DCA在PAH肺血管重构中的作用和机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the correlation between the intestinal microbiota metabolite DCA and the disease severity and prognosis of PAH patients, and to explore the role and mechanism of DCA in pulmonary vascular remodeling of PAH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18~75岁，经右心导管检查血流动力学符合2022 ESC/ERS肺高血压诊断和治疗指南（肺动脉平均压＞20mmHg，肺小动脉楔压<=15mmHg，肺血管阻力＞3WU）; 2.未经任何治疗的PAH患者; 3.并取得患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18~75 years old, hemodynamic examination by right heart catheterization in accordance with the 2022 ESC/ERS guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary artery mean pressure>20mmHg, pulmonary arteriolar wedge pressure <=15mmHg, pulmonary vascular resistance >3WU); 2. Patients with PAH without any treatment; 3. And obtain the patient's informed consent.

排除标准：

1.资料不完整或无法分析者； 2.其他类型PH，包括合并左心系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病或缺氧、肺动脉阻塞所致PH、多种因素所致PH等； 3.不能耐受右心导管检查或拒绝的患者； 4.严重肾功能不全； 5.急性或慢性感染； 6.合并有消化道疾病，如消化道肿瘤、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征以及胃肠炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The data is incomplete or cannot be analyzed; 2. Other types of PH, including left heart system disease, respiratory disease or hypoxia, PH caused by pulmonary artery obstruction, PH caused by multiple factors, etc.; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate right heart catheterization or refusal; 4. Severe renal insufficiency; 5. Acute or chronic infection; 6. Combined with digestive tract diseases, such as digestive tract tumors, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and gastroenteritis.
