研究目的：

发现梗阻性肾病早期肾损伤的生物标记物，为临床及时干预治疗提供指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The discovery of biomarkers of early renal injury in obstructive nephropathy provides guidance for timely clinical intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄16-80岁，性别不限；（2）经顺行和（或）逆行尿路造影、CT尿路造影（CTU）、肾动态显像等影像学检查明确诊断为梗阻性肾病的患者（实验1组）；体检证明无梗阻性肾病的健康人（对照1组）；因梗阻失去功能并手术切除患侧肾脏的患者（实验2组）；因肿瘤而切除肾脏并可获取癌旁正常肾脏组织的患者（对照2组）；（3）签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究，并愿意配合随访和数据采集。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 16-80 years old, gender unlimited ; 2.Patients with obstructive nephropathy diagnosed by anterograde and / or retrograde urography, CT urography ( CTU ), renal dynamic imaging and other imaging examinations ( experimental group 1 ) ; healthy people with no obstructive nephropathy proved by physical examination ( control group 1 ) ; patients who lost function due to obstruction and underwent surgical resection of the affected kidney ( experimental group 2 ) ; patients whose kidneys were removed due to tumors and normal renal tissues adjacent to the cancer could be obtained ( control group 2 ) ; 3.Signed informed consent, volunteered to participate in the study, and willing to cooperate with follow-up and data collection.

排除标准：

（1）既往有反复肾盂肾炎、腺性膀胱炎等泌尿系感染病史；（2）有其他类型肾病的患者；（3）年龄小于18岁患者；（4）器官移植术后长期口服免疫抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of recurrent pyelonephritis, cystitis glandularis and other urinary tract infections ; 2.Patients with other types of kidney disease ; 3.Patients younger than 18 years old ; 4.Long-term oral immunosuppressive agents after organ transplantation.
