本研究探讨手术体积描记指数是否能够指导镇痛药物在老年全麻患者中的精准使用，并研究术中手术体积描记指数的具体数值和老年患者术后疼痛程度分级的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored whether the surgical plethysmography index could guide the precise use of analgesics in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia, and investigated the correlation between the specific values ??of the intraoperative surgical plethysmography index and the postoperative pain severity grading in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

年龄65～90岁结肠癌手术患者 ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 65 to 90 years old undergoing colon cancer surgery ASA grade I to III.

排除标准：

有严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏及外周神经或中枢神经系统疾病者； 有滥用毒品或酒精者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, peripheral nerve or central nervous system diseases; Those who abuse drugs or alcohol.

T组患者根据SPI值追加注射舒芬太尼，若SPI值超过50，且持续20 s，则追加注射舒芬太尼0.1 μg/kg，以维持术中SPI值在50以下。
