研究目的:

1. 通过全面的多组学分析,识别能够区分 CTD - ILD 与其他类型 ILD 的生物标志物和分子通路,并找出与疾病进展及治疗反应相关的指标。 2. 开发强大的人工智能模型,将多组学数据与临床评估和影像学结果相结合,实时预测疾病进展、患者预后以及对治疗的反应。 3. 通过评估潜在的结缔组织病及肺动脉高压等常见合并症对 CTD - ILD 在分子层面和临床表现方面的影响,同时在个体化治疗框架下,对现有及新兴疗法的疗效与安全性展开评估,预期成果为建立一个预测性与个性化的治疗框架,从而显著改善 CTD - ILD 的管理,并且加深对 CTD - ILD 分子基础的理解,以此助力发现新的治疗靶点?。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Through comprehensive multi-omics analysis, identify biomarkers and molecular pathways that can distinguish CTD-ILD from other types of ILD, and find out the indicators related to disease progression and treatment response. 2. Develop powerful artificial intelligence models that integrate multi-omics data with clinical evaluations and imaging findings to predict disease progression, patient prognosis, and response to treatment in real time. 3. By evaluating the impacts of common comorbidities such as potential connective tissue diseases and pulmonary arterial hypertension on CTD-ILD at the molecular level and in clinical manifestations, and simultaneously assessing the efficacy and safety of existing and emerging therapies within the framework of individualized treatment, the expected outcome is to establish a predictive and personalized treatment framework, thereby significantly improving the management of CTD-ILD. Additionally, it will deepen the understanding of the molecular basis of CTD-ILD, thus facilitating the discovery of new therapeutic targets.

纳入标准:

年龄≥18 岁,根据美国胸科学会 / 欧洲呼吸学会(ATS/ERS)指南确诊为 CTD - ILD 的成年人,具备随访和影像及多组学数据可获取性,签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Adults aged >= 18 years old, who are diagnosed with CTD-ILD according to the guidelines of the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society (ATS/ERS), have the availability of follow-up, imaging and multi-omics data, and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

初步诊断为特发性肺纤维化(IPF)或其他非结缔组织病相关的间质性肺疾病患者,以及存在可能干扰研究结果的严重合并症,如严重心血管疾病、活动性恶性肿瘤或其他主要器官系统功能衰竭,和既往有肺移植史或在未来 6 个月内列入肺移植名单的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with a preliminary diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or other interstitial lung diseases not related to connective tissue diseases, as well as those with severe comorbidities that may interfere with the research results, such as severe cardiovascular diseases, active malignancies, or failure of other major organ systems, and patients with a history of lung transplantation or those who are on the lung transplantation waiting list within the next 6 months.
