研究目的：

验证基于大语言模型的暴露治疗干预方案对于焦虑的干预效果，并探索这一过程的安全性。本研究计划分阶段进行，首先选择大学生的学业焦虑作为主要干预目标，验证大语言模型辅助暴露疗法的安全性、可行性和效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to validate the efficacy of an exposure-based intervention program utilizing LLMs for anxiety and to explore the safety of this process. The study will be conducted in phases, initially targeting academic anxiety among university students to assess the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of LLM-assisted exposure therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.存在学业焦虑 (AEQ)； 2.年龄在18岁或以上； 3.为中国高校在读本科生或研究生； 4.能够流畅地操作智能手机或电脑。

Inclusion criteria

1. Presence of academic anxiety (AEQ); 2. Aged 18 or above; 3. Undergraduate or graduate students in Chinese universities; 4. Able to operate a smartphone or computer smoothly.

排除标准：

1.存在自杀或自伤风险； 2.存在重度的抑郁症状； 3.存在酒精滥用风险； 4.存在精神分裂症状； 5.存在边缘性人格障碍症状； 6.目前正在接受心理治疗或精神科药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is a risk of suicide or self-harm; 2. Presence of severe depressive symptoms; 3. There is a risk of alcohol abuse; 4. Presence of schizophrenia symptoms; 5. Presence of borderline personality disorder symptoms; 6. Currently receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric medication.

接受为期两周的大语言模型辅助的线上干预。干预过程中，经受培训的心理教练/咨询师完成信息收集、初始评估、心理教育并制定治疗计划；接下来由大语言模型驱动的聊天机器人引导进行暴露练习，中途心理教练/咨询师进行简短的反馈沟通；最后由心理教练/咨询师进行总结。

Receive the two-week LLM-assisted online intervention. During the intervention, human psychological coaches/counselors (who have undergone training specifically designed to cater to the needs of this program) collect information, complete initial assessments, do psychoeducation, and make treatment plans. The human coach/counselor sessions are followed by exposure practices guided by an LLM-driven chatbot. One midterm check-in will be conducted by the human coach/counselor. Finally the human coach/counselors conduct a wrap-up session.
