研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨多层低弹绷带联合常规治疗对下肢膝关节和踝关 节肌肉骨骼损伤后肿胀患者功能恢复效果的影响，具体包括疼痛缓解、 肿胀减轻、功能恢复及患者生活质量的改善等方面。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of multilayer low-stretch bandage combined with conventional therapy on functional recovery in patients with swelling after musculoskeletal injuries of the knee and ankle joints in the lower limbs, specifically including pain relief, swelling reduction, functional recovery, and improvement in patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-60 岁； （2）确诊为膝、踝关节手术后肿胀、疼痛以及功能丧失的患者； （3）与对侧相比，肢体周径大于 2cm 或体积增加 10%以上； （4）术后无严重并发症，生命体征平稳； （5）签署知情同意书，愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18–60 years; (2) Diagnosed with swelling, pain, and functional impairment after knee or ankle surgery; (3) Limb circumference increased by >2 cm or volume increased by >10% compared with the contralateral side; (4) No severe postoperative complications, with stable vital signs; (5) Signed informed consent and willingness to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）严重并发症（如感染、深静脉血栓、神经血管损伤等）； （2）其他系统性疾病（严重的心、肺、肝、肾等系统性疾病）； （3）患者存在认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合完成研究所需的各 项治疗和评估指标的患者应被排除； （4）对多层低弹绷带材料过敏的患者应被排除; （5）肢体感染或严重破溃； （6）使用任何影响体液和电解质的药物； （7）研究者认为不适于参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe complications (e.g., infection, deep vein thrombosis, neurovascular injury, etc.); (2) Other systemic diseases (e.g., severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal disorders); (3) Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness who were unable to cooperate with the required treatments and assessments; (4) Patients with allergies to multilayer low-elastic bandage materials; (5) Limb infection or severe ulceration; (6) Use of any medication affecting body fluids and electrolytes; (7) Any other condition deemed by the investigator to render the subject unsuitable for participation in this study.
