Objectives of Study：

Explore the application effect and advantages of the "Internet +" continuity care service platform based on user profiling in breast cancer postoperative patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、女性；2、>18岁，活动自如，意识清醒；3、接受乳腺癌手术；4、具有良好的沟通能力；5、患者或者家属能够使用计算机或是手机上网；6、自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Female; 2.Aged >18 years, ambulatory, and alert; 3.Have undergone breast cancer surgery; 4.Possess adequate communication skills; 5.Patients or their family members can access the internet via computer or mobile phone; 6.Voluntarily agree to participate in this study

排除标准：

1、肿瘤远处转移；2、合并严重脏器疾病；3、患有精神类疾病，如精神分裂症、抑郁症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Distant metastasis of tumor; 2.Complicated with severe organ diseases; 3.Suffering from mental disorders, such as schizophrenia and depression.

Personalized Nursing Service Contents: Post-operative Home Care for Breast Cancer Patients: This includes wound care, management of drainage tubes, dietary advice, etc.; Psychological Reconstruction after Breast Cancer Surgery: Offering psychological counseling resources and online psychological consultation services; Functional Exercise after Breast Cancer Surgery: Recommending personalized rehabilitation exercise plans (such as upper limb functional exercise routines); Home Care for Lymphedema: Providing knowledge on prevention and management of lymphedema (such as the use of pressure sleeves).

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机数字表法将患者分配到观察组和对照组。将104例乳腺癌术后患者按入院顺序编号为1至104。使用计算机生成的随机数字表，从表的任意位置开始依次读取数字。根据读取的随机数字的奇偶性进行分组，奇数分到观察组（基于用户画像的“互联网+”延续性护理组），偶数分到对照组（常规术后延续性护理组）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group by using the random number table method. The 104 postoperative breast cancer patients were numbered from 1 to 104 according to the order of admission. Using the random number table generated by the computer, read the numbers from any position of the table in sequence. According to the parity of the read random numbers, the odd numbers were assigned to the observation group (the "Internet +" continuity nursing group based on user profiling), and the even numbers were assigned to the control group (the conventional postoperative continuity nursing group).
