研究目的：

探索不同的气腹压力下行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治手术对术后颅内压及术后谵妄的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy under different pneumoperitoneum pressures on postoperative intracranial pressure and postoperative delirium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性； 2.年龄65~75岁； 3.20kg/m^2≤体重指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）<=30 kg/m^2； 4.ASA分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male; 2. Age range: 65-75 years old; 3. 20kg/m^2 <= Body Mass Index (BMI) <= 30 kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification II-III.

排除标准：

1.出血量>=600ml； 2.术前Hb＜10g/L； 3.颅脑创伤或神经外科术后； 4.严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾疾病； 5.患有精神类疾病； 6.服用辅助睡眠药物； 7.简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分＞24分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bleeding volume >= 600ml; 2. Preoperative Hb<10g/L; 3. After traumatic brain injury or neurosurgery; 4. Serious heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney diseases; 5. Suffering from mental illness; 6. Taking sleep aid medication; 7. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is greater than 24 points.
