研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨H1N1感染后继发曲霉感染（HAPA）的潜在机制，特别是固有免疫应答异常与B1a细胞及其分泌的IgG抗体之间的关系。我们的主要目标是明确HAPA与单纯H1N1患者的固有免疫应答之间的区别，并深入研究B1a细胞及其分泌的IgG抗体在防御曲霉感染中的作用。我们还将评估激素治疗对B1a细胞的影响，以及IgG抗体在补偿激素治疗可能导致的免疫功能下降方面的潜在效用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the potential mechanisms of secondary Aspergillus infection (HAPA) following H1N1 infection, with a particular focus on the relationship between abnormal innate immune responses and B1a cells along with their secreted IgG antibodies. Our primary objective is to clarify the differences in innate immune responses between HAPA patients and those with H1N1 infection alone and to explore the role of B1a cells and their IgG antibodies in defending against Aspergillus infection. Additionally, we will evaluate the impact of steroid therapy on B1a cells and assess the potential utility of IgG antibodies in compensating for immune function decline that may result from steroid treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁； 2.符合HAPA和H1N1诊断标准的入实验组和对照组； 3.因心衰、创伤等非感染性原因导致呼吸衰竭入空白对照组。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age > 18 years; 2.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for HAPA and H1N1 are included in the experimental and control groups; 3.Patients with respiratory failure caused by non-infectious factors such as heart failure or trauma are included in the blank control group.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.怀孕患者； 3.既往有免疫性疾病、肿瘤疾病病史； 4.有慢性并需长期口服激素或免疫抑制剂治疗； 5.1个月内使用光谱抗生素或进行抗真菌治疗； 6.近1个月内反复有病毒感染症状； 7.长期卧床患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years; 2.Pregnant patients; 3.History of autoimmune diseases or malignancies; 4.Long-term use of oral steroids or immunosuppressive therapy; 5.Use of broad-spectrum antibiotics or antifungal treatments within the past month; 6.Recurrent symptoms of viral infection within the past month; 7.Patients who are bedridden for an extended period.
