Objectives of Study：

Main objective: Clinical cluster management strategy of preeclampsia. Secondary or exploratory objective: Explore the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.我院产科门诊定期产前检查； 2.早孕期的孕妇； 3.单胎妊娠； 4.自愿参加本研究； 5.可配合孕期及产后随访观察

Inclusion criteria

1. Regular antenatal examination in obstetrical clinic of our hospital; 2. Pregnant women in early pregnancy; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study; 5. Can cooperate with the follow-up observation during pregnancy and postpartum.

排除标准：

1.伴有引起血压升高或尿蛋白阳性的其他疾病，例如急慢性肾炎、肾病综合症、肾动脉狭窄、肾上腺肿瘤等； 2.伴有心脏、肝脏、肾脏等重要器官器质性病变者； 3.此次妊娠为多胎妊娠； 4.患有精神性疾病无法配合者； 5.此次妊娠出现其他并发症； 6.不愿参与此研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by other diseases that cause elevated blood pressure or positive urine protein, such as acute and chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, stenosis of renal artery, adrenal tumors, etc.; 2. Patients with organic diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 3. This pregnancy is a multiple pregnancy; 4. Those who suffer from psychiatric disorders and can not cooperate; 5. Other complications occurred during this pregnancy; 6. Unwilling to participate in this research.
