研究目的：

1. 正念干预的制定和实施：目的是评估肺癌术后患者在正念干预下心理健康指标和生物标志物的变化，以期缓解负面情绪，增强身心健康。 2. 正念干预计划的评估：评估正念干预计划的有效性，以期为肺癌术后患者建立合理有效的正念干预计划。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Development and Implementation of Mindfulness Intervention: The objective is to assess changes in psychological health indicators and biomarkers in postoperative lung cancer patients undergoing mindfulness intervention, aiming to mitigate negative emotions and bolster physical and mental health. 2. Evaluation of the Mindfulness Intervention Plan: This aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the mindfulness intervention, planing to establish a feasible and effective mindfulness intervention strategy for postoperative lung cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 肺癌I期、II期、III期术后患者； 2. 年龄≥18 周岁； 3. 意识清晰，对诊断知情，有独立沟通能力； 4. 自愿参与试验，并在研究开始前签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Postoperative patients with Stage I, II, or III lung cancer. 2. Age 18 years or older. 3. Clear consciousness, informed about the diagnosis, and capable of independent communication. 4. Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent before the study begins.

排除标准：

1. 患者以前参加过正念干预计划； 2. 肺癌复发或远处脏器转移； 3. 合并化疗、放疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗等其他治疗方式； 4. 合并其它需要治疗的恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have previously participated in a mindfulness intervention program. 2. Recurrence of lung cancer or metastasis to distant organs. 3. Concurrent treatment with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or other therapeutic modalities. 4. Coexistence of other malignant tumors requiring treatment.
