研究目的：

本研究预期提出一种能够直接预测苏木精-伊红染色图像呈现的组织中生物标记物表达情况预测式深度学习模型，通过扩展传统病理图像的信息内容，增强病理诊断的深度和精确度，进而促进精准医疗在癌症预后和治疗决策中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to propose a predictive deep learning model capable of directly forecasting the expression levels of biomarkers in tissues visualized by hematoxylin-eosin (H&E)-stained images. By expanding the informational content of traditional pathological images, this research seeks to enhance the depth and precision of pathological diagnoses, thereby facilitating the application of precision medicine in cancer prognosis and treatment decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊结直肠腺癌； 2.临床/病理分期为 1/2/3 期； 3.行根治性手术； 4.随访满 3 年或以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologic diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma; 2. Clinical/pathological stage of 1/2/3; 3. Radical surgery; 4. Follow-up for 3 years or more.

排除标准：

1.行新辅助治疗； 2.失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neoadjuvant therapy; 2. Loss to follow-up.
