研究目的：

分析不同的膳食结构模式对胆囊炎发病风险的影响，比较营养干预前后的生化指标、血常规、免疫指标、康复程度的变化，评价营养干预在胆囊炎患者术后胃肠道功能恢复、营养功能、免疫功能中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the impact of different dietary patterns on the risk of cholecystitis, compare the changes in biochemical indicators, blood routine, immune indicators, and recovery level before and after nutritional intervention, and evaluate the role of nutritional intervention in postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, nutritional function, and immune function of cholecystitis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：30-80 岁； 2.患者及家属知情并签署同意书； 3.均经B超等影像学检查显示胆囊壁水肿； 4.符合手术指征者； 5.临床资料完整者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 30-80 years old; 2. Patients and their families are informed and sign the consent form; 3. All of them were shown by B-ultrasound and other imaging examinations to show gallbladder wall edema; 4. Those who meet the indications for surgery; 5. Those with complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.肝、肺等器官严重障碍者； 2.存在手术、麻醉等禁忌证者； 3.凝血系统异常或活动性内出血者； 4.伴有肢体活动障碍等者； 5.继发性或原发性认知功能障碍、意识不清或精 神行为异常，无法主动配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe disorders of liver, lungs and other organs; 2. Those with contraindications such as surgery and anesthesia; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation system or active internal bleeding; 4. Those with physical activity disorders, etc.; 5. Secondary or primary cognitive dysfunction, unconsciousness or abnormal mental behavior, unable to actively cooperate with the researcher.
