Objectives of Study：

Explore the efficacy and safety of Xihuang Wan for early intervention of pure ground glass pulmonary nodules

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁＜= 年龄＜= 75岁； 2.经胸部CT确认以下条件全部满足的肺结节患者： （1）肺部纯磨玻璃结节； （2）最长径6-20 mm； （3）当存在多个结节时，至少有一个结节满足以上要求； 3.临床医生认为患者暂不推荐手术，可考虑随访观察； 4.ECOG 评分为0-1分； 5.自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 years <= Age <= 75 years; 2. Patients with pulmonary nodules who have been confirmed by chest CT to meet all of the following conditions: (1) Pure ground glass nodules; (2) The longest diameter is 6-20 mm; (3) When there are multiple nodules, at least one nodule meets the above requirements; 3. Clinical doctors believe that patients are not recommended for surgery at the moment and may consider follow-up observation; 4. The ECOG score is 0-1 points; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已知对西黄丸组成成分过敏或忌用、慎用西黄丸（试验组）； 2.既往一个月内或计划在研究期间内针对肺部纯磨玻璃结节进行尝试性治疗：如抗炎治疗、中成药治疗、抗结核治疗、抗肿瘤治疗等； 3.5年内患有恶性肿瘤病史； 4.孕期或哺乳期妇女或不同意避孕的女性； 5.有精神病史且不能配合本项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known to be allergic to the components of Xihuang Wan, or to avoid or use Xihuang Wan with caution (experimental group); 2. Try to treat pure ground glass nodules within the previous month or during the study period: such as anti-inflammatory treatment, traditional Chinese patent medicines, anti tuberculosis treatment, anti-tumor treatment, etc; 3. A history of malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. Pregnant or lactating women or women who do not agree to contraception; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness who are unable to cooperate with this project.
