研究目的：

通过HD-tDCS调控高社交焦虑个体的左DLPFC，并测量注意偏向、认知控制模式相关的主客观评估指标，探查HD-tDCS干预社交焦虑症状的起效机制，并尝试探究高社交焦虑个体的认知控制模式与注意偏向之间的内在关系。  

Objectives of Study：

HD-tDCS regulated the left DLPFC of individuals with high social anxiety, and measured subjective and objective evaluation indicators related to attention bias and cognitive control pattern, explored the effective mechanism of HD-tDCS intervention in social anxiety symptoms, and attempted to explore the internal relationship between cognitive control pattern and attention bias in individuals with high social anxiety.

纳入标准：

LSAS得分高于60分的被试。

Inclusion criteria

For subjects with LSAS scores higher than 60.

排除标准：

BDI-13分数>9和STAI-trait分数>55 自述有抑郁、双相情感障碍、精神分裂、人格障碍等精神病就医史与家族史；有药物或物质滥用史；接受过系统性的社交焦虑障碍心理治疗；tDCS禁忌症(中风、癫痫、体内有金属医疗器械或吞食金属)无脑外科手术或脑肿瘤史

Exclusion criteria：

subjects with BDI-13 scores >9 and STAI-trait scores >55 Self-reported medical and family history of depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorder, etc. A history of drug or substance abuse; Received systematic psychological treatment for social anxiety disorder; Contraindications for tDCS (stroke, epilepsy, presence of metal medical devices in the body, or ingestion of metal) have no history of brain surgery or brain tumors

刺激方案为每天一次，每次20分钟，持续5天的干预。电流淡入淡出30s，使用的电流强度为2mA，低于组织损伤阈值。使用4×1环布局，可以最大限度地刺激目标区域，其中1个中心阳极电极被4个返回的阴极电极包围。阳极位于的左侧DLPFC(F3)上，在AF3、F5、F1和FC3放置4个阴极，形成一个圆圈。这种HD-tDCS的蒙太奇被广泛用于针对神经精神疾病中的左侧DLPFC。将生理盐水浸湿海绵片固定在电极上，并将电极用EEG帽贴在头皮上，在刺激之前和刺激过程中进行阻抗监测。

Intervention：

The stimulus package was a 20-minute intervention once a day for five days. The current fades in and out for 30 seconds, current intensity used is 2mA, which is below the tissue damage threshold. Using a 4×1 ring layout, the target area can be stimulated to the maximum, in which 1 central anode electrode is surrounded by 4 returning cathode electrodes. On the left DLPFC(F3) where the anode is located, place four cathodes on AF3, F5, F1, and FC3, forming a circle. This montage of HD-tDCS is widely used to target the left DLPFC in neuropsychiatric disorders . A saline soaked sponge was fixed to the electrode and the electrode was attached to the scalp with an EEG cap for impedance monitoring before and during stimulation.

使用SPSS软件对被试进行随机分组，操作流程如下：在变量视图中创建 “被试 ID” 和 “组别” 变量；使用转换 → 随机数生成器设置随机种子；通过数据 → 选择个案 → 随机个案样本按比例分配组别；但被试并不知道他们的分组情况。
