研究目的：

在前期研究工作的基础上，开展多中心外部验证研究，优化移动服务预测系统的性能，为贫血筛查，急救转运，战现场急救，围术期监测等环境开发一个无创、便捷、动态的精确Hb浓度预测方法。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous research work, a multi center external validation study will be conducted to optimize the performance of the mobile service prediction system, and develop a non-invasive, convenient, and dynamic accurate Hb concentration prediction method for anemia screening, emergency transportation, on-site first aid, perioperative monitoring, and other environments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据病情需要，在以往常规诊疗过程中需行血气检测的患者，包括术前、术中、出室前、输血前、输血完成后、行容量血液稀释前后以及麻醉医生认为需要了解Hb水平、电解质、氧合等情况而做血气分析的病人。 2.有能力依从研究方案； 3.年龄大于18岁，Hb波动1.5g/dl（包括输血前后、手术前后、出入室时等）；

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the needs of the condition, patients who require blood gas testing during routine diagnosis and treatment in the past, including those before surgery, during surgery, before leaving the room, before blood transfusion, after blood transfusion, before and after volume blood dilution, as well as patients who the anesthesiologist deems necessary to understand Hb levels, electrolytes, oxygenation, and other conditions for blood gas analysis. 2.Ability to comply with research protocols; 3.Age over 18 years old, Hb fluctuation of 1.5g/dl (including before and after blood transfusion, before and after surgery, when entering and exiting the room, etc.);

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与研究者； 2.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者； 3.合并眼疾、行眼部放射性照射治疗、涂抹指甲油等； 4.合并一氧化碳中毒、亚硝酸盐中毒、黄疸等会改变睑结膜及甲床颜色的疾病； 5.研究人员认为其他原因不适合该临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refusing to participate as a researcher; 2.Individuals who are unable to cooperate in their mental state, suffer from mental illnesses, lack self-control, and are unable to express themselves clearly; 3. Combined eye diseases, eye radiation treatment, nail polish application, etc; 4.Combining diseases such as carbon monoxide poisoning, nitrite poisoning, jaundice, etc. that can change the color of the eyelid conjunctiva and nail bed; 5. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for this clinical trial participant.
