研究目的：

建设具有西部多地貌、多民族特色、高质量的覆盖生命早期至儿童生长发育早期的多中心儿童健康与重点疾病监测队列，以该队列为基础建立儿童临床医学研究数据与生物样本资源登记平台，为研究西部儿童重点健康问题相关病因，优化儿童疾病诊治策略、提升西部儿童健康相关问题防治能力提供基础数据与样本资源保障。  

Objectives of Study：

To build a multi-center children's health and key disease surveillance cohort with multi-landforms and multi-ethnic characteristics. Based on this cohort, a registration platform for children clinical research data and biological sample resource will be established to provide support for studying the causes of key health problems of children in western China, and improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment ability of childhood diseases in western China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妊娠20周前到各调查点进行第一次产检建卡的孕妇；
2.计划在建卡医院分娩；
3.常住调查点所在市辖区，且在近6年内无搬迁计划；
4.表达和理解能力正常；
5.自愿签署知情同意书，愿意配合完成整个随访调查；
6.能够使用微信，且近6年内不考虑更换手机号。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women who went to the survey sites for the first time to establish a card before 20 weeks of gestation;
2. Subjects planned to give birth in the card hospital;
3. Subjects in the municipal district where the permanent survey point is located, and there is no relocation plan in recent 6 years;
4. Subjects with normal expression and understanding ability;
5. Subjects who voluntarily signed the informed consent were willing to cooperate with the whole follow-up survey;
6. Those who can use wechat and do not consider changing mobile phone number in recent 6 years.

排除标准：

1.智力障碍；
2.精神行为严重异常，如精神分裂症、心境障碍等；
3.交流沟通困难，如聋哑人等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The Subjects of mental retardation;
2. Subjects with serious abnormal mental behavior, such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, etc.;
3. Subjects with communication difficulties, such as the deaf mute.
