研究目的：

评估智能全流程体温管理系统在前列腺电切全麻手术患者中预防非计划性低体温的效果，并研究其与麻醉苏醒时间、术后康复的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of a smart total process temperature management system in preventing unplanned hypothermia in patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective prostatectomy and to study its association with anesthesia awakening time and postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为前列腺增生患者； 2.年龄在 18-80 岁； 3.选择手术方式为经尿道等离子电切术 4.具有独立思考能力和交流能力；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of prostate enlargement; 2. aged 18-80 years; 3. choice of surgical procedure as transurethral plasma electrocision; 4. ability to think and communicate independently.

排除标准：

1.具有认知障碍，沟通困难； 2.患有严重的心脑血管疾病和心、肝、肾疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. have cognitive impairment and communication difficulties; 2. suffer from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and heart, liver and kidney diseases;

试验组将进行智能全流程体温管理，包括体温监测、保暖措施和体温调节干预。使用耳温检测设备监测体温，配合加温毯，暖风机，冲洗盐水和静脉滴注液体用恒温箱加温至 37℃来调节干预体温。

The trial group will undergo intelligent whole process temperature management including temperature monitoring, warming measures and thermoregulatory interventions. Body temperature was monitored using an ear-temperature measuring device, and the intervention temperature was regulated with heating blankets, warming fans, irrigation saline and intravenous fluids warmed to 37°C in a thermostat.
