研究目的：

针对梅尼埃病的临床诊疗瓶颈，本研究将围绕“梅尼埃病遗传机制不清和诊断依据有限”这一问题，开展一项病例系列研究，构建梅尼埃病样本数据库，整合分析临床特征及基因组、转录组和表观遗传学等多组学信息，探究梅尼埃病病因及分子遗传机制，探索特异性诊断标志物并构建预后预测模型，进一步提升梅尼埃病的预测评估及诊疗水平  

Objectives of Study：

To address the bottleneck of clinical diagnosis and treatment of Ménière's disease, this study will focus on the problem of ‘unclear genetic mechanism and limited diagnostic basis of Ménière's disease’, carry out a case series study, construct a database of Ménière's disease samples, integrate and analyse the clinical characteristics and multi-omics information such as genomes, transcriptomes, and epigenomes, and explore the cause and molecular genetic mechanism of Ménière's disease. To explore the molecular genetic mechanism of Ménière's disease, explore specific diagnostic markers and construct prognostic models, so as to further improve the prediction and assessment of Ménière's disease and diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于 18岁；符合梅尼埃病诊断标准：1.2次或2 次眩晕发作，每次持续20min至12h；2.病程中至少有一次听力学检查证实患耳有低到中频的感音神经性听力下降；3.患耳有波动性听力下降、耳鸣和（或）耳闷胀感；4.排除其他前庭疾病引起的眩晕。

Inclusion criteria

Age greater than 18 years; Meet the diagnostic criteria for Meniere's disease: 1.2 or 2 episodes of vertigo, each lasting 20 minutes to 12 hours; 2. At least one audiological examination during the course of the disease confirms that the affected ear has low to medium frequency sensorineural hearing loss; 3. Fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus and/or ear fullness in the affected ear; 4. Exclude vertigo caused by other vestibular disorders.

排除标准：

明确良性阵发性位置性眩晕、前庭神经炎、迷路炎、前庭阵发症、后循环缺血、颅内占位性病变等其他疾病；明确神经内科相关疾病所致眩晕患者；合并其他系统严重疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, vestibular paroxysmals, posterior circulation ischemia, intracranial space-occupying lesions and other diseases were identified; identify patients with vertigo caused by neurology-related diseases; Patients with severe diseases of other systems.
