Identifying the multidimensional needs of diabetic retinopathy patients in the treatment process based on journey maps for the health management of this group.

纳入标准：

第一部分：糖尿病视网膜病变患者就医延迟的量性研究 纳入标准：（1）年龄≥18岁且就诊前未进行过眼底检查的糖尿病视网膜病变患者；（2）患者意识清楚，语言表达流畅且逻辑清晰，能够理解问卷内容。 第二部分：糖尿病视网膜病变患者就医延迟的质性研究 纳入标准：（1）年龄≥18岁且存在就医延迟行为的糖尿病视网膜病变患者；（2）患者意识清楚，语言表达流畅且逻辑清晰，能够理解问卷内容。

Inclusion criteria

Part I: Quantitative study of delayed medical consultation in patients with diabetic retinopathy Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with diabetic retinopathy aged ≥18 years who had not undergone funduscopic examination prior to the consultation; (2) patients who were conscious, had a fluent and logical language, and were able to understand the content of the questionnaire. Part II: Qualitative study of delayed medical consultation in patients with diabetic retinopathy Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with diabetic retinopathy aged ≥18 years with delayed medical consultation; (2) patients were conscious, fluent and logical, and able to understand the content of the questionnaire.

排除标准：

第一部分：糖尿病视网膜病变患者就医延迟的量性研究 排除标准：（1）患有其他严重躯体疾病而不能配合研究者；（2）对疾病具体发病时间不清楚者；（3）患者合并青光眼白内障等其他眼科疾病者。 第二部分：糖尿病视网膜病变患者就医延迟的质性研究 排除标准：（1）患有其他严重躯体疾病而不能配合研究者；（2）对疾病具体发病时间不清楚者；（3）患者合并青光眼白内障等其他眼科疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Part I: Quantitative study of delayed medical consultation in patients with diabetic retinopathy Exclusion criteria: (1) those who suffer from other serious physical illnesses and are unable to cooperate with the study; (2) those who are not clear about the exact time of onset of the disease; and (3) those who suffer from a combination of glaucoma, cataract, and other ophthalmological diseases. Part II: Qualitative study of delayed medical consultation in patients with diabetic retinopathy Exclusion Criteria: (1) patients with other serious physical illnesses who could not cooperate with the study; (2) patients who were not clear about the exact time of onset of the disease; (3) patients with other ophthalmological diseases such as glaucoma cataract.
