研究目的：

观察艾司氯胺酮行全身麻醉在剖宫产手术中应用的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the safety and efficacy of esmolamine under general anesthesia in cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）剖宫产分娩的产妇；
2）产妇年龄≥20；≤40岁；
3）胎龄≥28周≤42周；
4）术前爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分≥10；
5）非通过辅助生殖手段怀孕；
6）初产妇 。
7)受试者与受试者家属自愿签知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) parturient delivered by cesarean section;
2) Maternal age ≥ 20; ≤ 40 years old;
3) gestational age ≥ 28 weeks ≤ 42 weeks;
4) preoperative Edinburgh Postpartum Depression scale score ≥ 10;
5) pregnancy without assisted reproductive means;
6) first parturient.
7) the subjects and their families voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1)有严重的心血管病史如：心肌缺血、心力衰竭和心律失常等)；因心脏冠状血管供血不足造成心较痛(不稳定性心绞痛)，或者在最近6个月内出现心肌梗塞的患者；
2)精神系统疾病(精神分裂症、躁狂症、两极型异常、精神错乱等)及药物史及认知功能障碍患者；
3)有哮喘病史患者；
4)被判定为呼吸道管理有困难的患者良马氏评分为Ⅳ级)；
5)术前合并严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病或肝肾功能异常的患者AST和或ALT>2.5×ULN，TBII≥1.5×ULN；尿素或尿素氮>1.5×ULN，血肌酐大于正常值上限)；
6)凝血功能异常患者PT或INR≥1.5×ULN，APTT≥1.5×ULN；7)贫血或者血小板减少，Hb<90g/L，PLT<80×109/L;8)研究者认为不适宜参加此项研究患者。
7）新生儿存在严重的遗传疾病或先天性疾病；
8）多胎妊娠；
9）产妇体重＜50公斤或＞100公斤，身高＜150cm或＞180cm。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with severe cardiovascular history such as myocardial ischemia, heart failure and arrhythmia), patients with cardiac pain (unstable angina pectoris) caused by insufficient blood supply of coronary arteries, or patients with myocardial infarction in the last 6 months;
2) patients with mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar abnormality, insanity, etc.), drug history and cognitive impairment;
3) patients with a history of asthma;
4) the good Ma score of the patients with respiratory tract management difficulties was grade IV);
5) AST and ALT > 2.5 × ULN,TBII ≥ 1.5 × ULN; urea or urea nitrogen > 1.5 × ULN, were higher than the upper limit of normal value in patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease or hepatorenal dysfunction before operation.
6) patients with abnormal blood coagulation PT or INR ≥ 1.5 × ULN,APTT ≥ 1.5 × ULN;7) anemia or thrombocytopenia, Hb < 90g, Hb < 80 × 109 / L (8) the researchers believe that it is not suitable for patients to participate in this study.
7) there are serious genetic or congenital diseases in newborns;
8) multiple pregnancy;
9) Maternal weight < 50kg or > 100kg, height < 150cm or > 180cm.
