1、探究高温影响人体健康的生物学机制。 2、探究鱼油对高温健康影响的防护作用。 3、探究高温天气相关多种环境要素共暴露的健康影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Investigating the biological mechanisms underlying heat-induced health effects; 2. Exploring the protective effects of fish oil against heat-related health impairments; 3. Examining the health effects of multiple environmental exposures during heatwave episodes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、年龄18岁及以上,60岁以下; 2、身体健康。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 60 years old; 2. Healthy people.

排除标准:

1、吸烟者(含电子烟)或戒烟少于 3 年者; 2、经医学诊断患有慢性心脑血管疾病(如缺血性心脏病、房早或房颤等心律失常性疾病)、出凝血疾病、呼吸系统疾病(如哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺病)、糖尿病或其他器官或系统功能障碍、会干扰受试者理解和参与研究能力的活动性精神疾病、免疫系统疾病(如 HIV、淋巴瘤、白血病),以及服用相关疾病药物者; 3、存在药物或酒精滥用者; 4、备孕中、已怀孕或处于哺乳期者; 5、对鱼油或鱼类/贝类过敏; 6、日常使用鱼油、抗炎或抗氧化药物及膳食补充剂(如β胡萝卜素、硒、维生素C、维生素E等)者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Current smokers (including e-cigarette users) or individuals with smoking cessation <3 years; 2. Medically diagnosed with: chronic cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias including premature atrial contractions/atrial fibrillation), coagulation disorders, respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma, COPD), diabetes mellitus, organ/system dysfunction, active psychiatric disorders affecting study participation, immunological disorders (e.g., HIV, lymphoma, leukemia), or current use of disease-specific medications; 3. Documented substance/alcohol abuse; 4. Pregnancy planning, confirmed pregnancy, or lactation; 5. Documented allergy to fish oil or seafood (fish/shellfish); 6. Regular use (>3 times/week) of fish oil supplements, anti-inflammatory/antioxidant medications, or dietary supplements (e.g., β-carotene, selenium, vitamin C/E).

由独立于本研究的统计学专家使用计算机生成一个包含1到60的随机序列,将随机序列前30个数字和后30个数字分别分配到干预组与对照组。

An independent statistician generated a computer-randomized sequence of numbers 1 through 60 using validated statistical software, with the first 30 consecutive entries allocated to the intervention group and the subsequent 30 entries assigned to the control group.

单盲;施盲对象:健康测试人员。 目前无严格满足生物中性的鱼油安慰剂,因此本研究拟不使用安慰剂。但健康测试人员对每个受试者的具体分组情况不知情。数据分析人员在数据分析前对所有数据进行编码处理,使用盲化编号确保分析过程中不受分组信息的影响。

Blinding:

Single-blind; Blind Subject: Health Testers. At present, there is no placebo for fish oil that strictly satisfies bioneutrality, so it is proposed not to use placebo in this study. However, the health testers were blinded to the specific grouping of each subject. The data analyst encodes all data before data analysis, using blinded numbering to ensure that the analysis process is not affected by grouping information.

1、数据录入:录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对。测量的人群数据结果在实验完成后进行录入。 2、数据核查和管理:当基线及每次随访调查问卷经双份输入并核对无误后,由项目研究人员提供研究进度及基本情况报告,其内容包括研究完成情况(含脱落受试者清单)、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、不良事件检查等。 3、数据存档:研究进度及基本情况报告按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等,分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。所有原始档案按相应规定内的期限保存。 4、实施数据加密和访问控制措施,确保所有受试者的个人数据和生物样本的保密性。本项目将在北京大学伦理委员会审查监督下进行,所收集的信息、实验数据只用于科学研究,不会泄露研究对象的任何个人信息。所采集的样品均以编码表示,不会出现任何能够定位到研究对象的信息,包括姓名,年龄,住址等所有个人信息将会严格保密。测量指标及相关分析结果在发表时,会以人群总体的形式给出,不会显示某位受试者的具体信息。仅国家监管部门、北京大学科研管理部门、伦理委员会有权在指定地点查阅受试者的原始资料,其中可能包括研究对象的个人信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1.Data Entry: Data entry is conducted using a dual-person, dual-computer system with the corresponding database system. The database is then compared twice for verification. Population measurement data results are entered after the completion of the experiment. 2.Data Verification and Management: Once the baseline and each follow-up survey questionnaires have been double-entered and verified for accuracy, the project researchers will provide a report on the study progress and basic information. This report includes the study completion status (including a list of dropout subjects), inclusion/exclusion criteria checks, completeness checks, logical consistency checks, outlier data checks, time window checks, and adverse event checks. 3.Data Archiving: The study progress and basic information reports are archived in numerical order and include an index for reference. Electronic data files, including the database, verification programs, analysis programs, analysis results, codebooks, and explanatory documents, are saved categorically with multiple backups stored on different disks or media to prevent damage. All original files are preserved according to the specified retention period. 4.Data Encryption and Access Control: Measures are implemented to encrypt data and control access to ensure the confidentiality of all subjects' personal data and biological samples. This project will be conducted under the review and supervision of the Peking University Ethics Committee. The collected information and experimental data will be used solely for scientific research and will not disclose any personal information of the research subjects. The collected samples will be coded, and no information that can identify the research subjects, including names, ages, addresses, or any personal details, will be disclosed. Measurement indicators and related analysis results will be presented in aggregate form when published, without showing specific information of any subject. Only national regulatory authorities, Peking University research management departments, and the ethics committee have the right to review the original data of the subjects at designated locations, which may include personal information of the research subjects.
