研究目的：

对比患有足副舟骨疼痛综合征的运动人员穿着专业矫正鞋垫和普通鞋垫12个月的足部形态和足底压力差异，进而评价专业鞋垫的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to assess the effects of customized orthotic insoles on foot morphology and plantar pressure in professional athletes with accessory navicular syndrome (ANS) over a 12-month period, compared to conventional insoles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18至35岁之间的男性运动员。 2.经过三个月正规训练，且在训练期间出现足内侧疼痛。 3.影像学检查确认存在足副舟骨。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male athletes aged between 18 and 35 years old. 2.Who have undergone three months of formal training, and experienced medial foot pain during the training period. 3.Imaging examinations confirmed the presence of an accessory navicular bone.

排除标准：

1.既往有足部外伤或手术史的运动员。 2.伴随其他足部疾病（如扁平足、足底筋膜炎等）的运动员。 3.近期有其他系统性疾病或正在接受其他治疗的运动员。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Athletes with a history of foot injury or surgery. 2.Athletes with accompanying foot conditions (such as flat feet, plantar fasciitis, etc.). 3.Athletes who have had recent systemic diseases or are currently undergoing other treatments.
