研究目的：

探讨超声引导下甲状软骨平面阻滞复合全麻对支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除患者术中应激反应、术后咽喉痛及早期恢复质量的影响，以期为临床支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除患者手术麻醉提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of ultrasound-guided thyroid cartilage plane block combined with general anesthesia on intraoperative stress response, postoperative throat pain, and early recovery quality in patients undergoing vocal cord polyp resection under suspension laryngoscopy, with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for clinical anesthesia during suspension laryngoscopy for vocal cord polyp resection in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期拟在全麻下行支撑喉镜下喉病损切除术的患者； 2.年龄18-70岁，性别不限；ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级； 体重指数<30 kg/m^2； 3.患者知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for elective laryngeal lesion excision under suspension laryngoscopy with general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-70 years, regardless of gender; ASA grades I-II; Body Mass Index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^2; 3. Patient informed consent obtained;

排除标准：

1.术前合并认知功能障碍、精神疾病、凝血功能障碍者； 2.术前因存在可预料困难气道需要清醒气管插管者； 3.术前合并严重心血管系统和呼吸系统疾病者； 4.对研究药物过敏者； 5.在4 周内参与其他临床试验研究者； 6.拒绝进行该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, or coagulation disorders; 2. Patients requiring awake tracheal intubation due to the presence of predictable difficult airways before surgery; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and respiratory system diseases before surgery; 4. Patients allergic to the study medication; 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
