研究目的：

观察并分析术前单次及术前+术后星状神经节阻滞对胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的肺腺癌患者术后恶心呕吐，术后急慢性疼痛的影响及可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and analyze the effects of single preoperative stellate ganglion block and preoperative add postoperative stellate ganglion block on postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative acute and chronic pain on patients with lung adenocarcinoma after thoracoscopic lobectomy and its possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

收集自2025年4月～2026年9月福建医科大学附属第二医院拟行择期胸腔镜肺叶切除术，ASA（American Society of Anesthesiologists）分级为I～II级，年龄18～70岁，沟通交流正常，对本次研究的目的和意义充分了解，并愿意参加本次研究的肺腺癌患者，医院伦理委员会通过，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Collected from April 2025 ~ September 2026 The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University plans to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobectomy, ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) is graded as I~II, age 18~70 years old, normal communication, full understanding of the purpose and significance of this study, and willing to participate in this study Lung adenocarcinoma patients, the hospital ethics committee passed, signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有局麻药过敏者； 2. 术中冰冻病理排除肺腺癌患者或术中发现合并其他肺部疾病患者； 3. 术后有神经毒性的化学治疗； 4. 有重复手术史； 5. 研究期间出现任何医疗状况，导致继续进行受试者可能出现风险； 6. 不能按试验方案的规定完成试验者（神经阻滞失败、随访无法正常完成等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Patients with Intraoperative freeze pathology ruled out lung adenocarcinoma or other lung diseases found during the operation; 3. Postoperative chemotherapy with neurotoxicity; 4. History of repeated operations; 5. Any medical condition that occurs during the study period that may put participant at risk for continuing the study; 6. Participants who could not complete the trial according to the provisions of the trial protocol (nerve block failure, follow-up failure, etc.).
